Ancho Chili

Anchos are the sweetest of all dried chiles.  Ancho Chili is often used in authentic Mexican cuisine and is a staple in tamales and red chili.

Flavor & Pairing: mild heat with sweet fruity flavor

Culinary Uses: Great in sauces, salsa, and soups. Add directly to the cooking liquid along with other spices. Use in stir fry, or sprinkled over poultry or fish before baking or grilling.
